The Children of the Revolution

We hear of the Children in one conveniently expository blurb:

“A generation [after Six-Gun], Narissa organized the Children of the Revolution to petition the Institution for expanded rights for Lowtown and the Annexed, but without explanation, they too grew silent and vanished.”

When Ricky is discovered to have printed a pamphlet on Holman’s press, he begins to explain that he wanted to get Narissa’s attention.
